Your Role:
We're seeking an Onboarding Associate for our Merchant Team. As Onboarding Associate, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and accurate onboarding experience for our merchants.
Drawing on your proficiency in performing daily onboarding activities within internal systems, such as setting up accounts, entering data, and updating processes, you will be responsible for executing system-driven tasks that support the end-to-end onboarding process from account creation to documentation validation to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide.
With a proven track record of strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams, excellent attention to detail and consistently delivers tasks with high accuracy, and ultimately revolutionize the way millions of users shop, pay, and bank.

Your Responsibilities:
- Execute daily onboarding tasks on internal systems, including account setup, data entry, and process updates.
- Review merchant-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy according to compliance and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Finance and Support) to resolve onboarding blockers.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate merchant records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity throughout the onboarding process.
Your expertise:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in task execution.
- Comfortable using internal systems, dashboards, and data tools. Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Prior experience in operations, data entry, or onboarding roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or other CRM tools is a strong advantage.
