Financial Systems Manager

The Financial Systems Manager will work closely with the finance team and business to develop solutions that will improve processes, gain efficiencies, enhance analytics, and leverage the NetSuite platform and applications it is integrated with. This position will be responsible for evolving current processes, developing new enhancements, working with third-party vendors, and owning the evolution of the NetSuite platform. This role requires both system administration capabilities and technical development skills to maintain and enhance the NetSuite environment through SuiteScript implementations. 
 
This is a hybrid work opportunity located only in New York, NY. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Finance/Accounting and IT functions to define system enhancements including break/fixes, minor enhancements, and larger capital projects 
  • Design, build and run financial reporting inside NetSuite 
  • Lead configuration and administration of NetSuite and associated components/add-ons 
  • Create and maintain users, roles, permissions, centers and perform updates, integration and configurations 
  • Develop, test, document, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools, and new system functionality based on evolving business needs 
  • Debug and maintain existing SuiteScript solutions, including reviewing code, diagnosing issues, and implementing fixes 
  • Develop and implement basic SuiteScript solutions to address business requirements and automate processes 
  • Collaborate with developers and consultants on more complex SuiteScript implementations, providing business context and requirements 
  • Stay current on upcoming releases and communicate changes/enhancements to the business 
  • Act as the technical liaison for third-party vendors (NetSuite, Kyriba, Workiva, Floqast/Blackline, NoCheck, etc.). Experience with Kyriba is a plus 
  • Customize NetSuite fields, form layouts, record types, workflows, reports and dashboards 
  • Research, analyze, and improve performance and stability 
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity 
  • Be able to understand, articulate, and document needed customization, reports and capabilities 
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting 
  • Experience developing SQL queries and maintain reports 

 

What You've Done

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • 4+ years of related work experience administering enterprise systems 
  • 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant, experience implementing NetSuite and the P2P module in particular is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead technical projects, effect change, and process improvements 
  • NetSuite Certifications are a plus. Preferred Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant 
  • Understanding of JavaScript and SuiteScript fundamentals, with ability to read, modify, and implement basic SuiteScript solutions 
  • Experience with SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, including working knowledge of common script types (UserEvent, Scheduled, Client, etc.) 
  • Familiarity in integration approaches and strategies, preferably work involving web services (XML, SOAP, REST) 
  • Ability to configure solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript and SuiteAnalytics 
  • Detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening skills.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits. 

Salary Range

$120,000 - $165,000 USD
