About the Role
A hands-on creative designer role focused on elevating StraitsX’s brand through high-quality, compliant, and compelling visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints for an institutional audience.
What You Will Do
- Design across multiple formats: social, email, infographics, motion (GIFs), print (e.g. event backdrops and merchandise)
- Develop visuals aligned with brand and regulatory standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, employer branding, and product teams
- Manage external vendors for large-scale creative production
- Support video and multimedia efforts when needed
- Ensure consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment
What We Are Looking For
- 5–7 years of design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience in fintech / payments / crypto or similarly complex industries
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
- Stablecoin or crypto-native experience
- Motion design and video production exposure
- Experience working with regulated or institutional brands
- Familiarity with AI design tools
