What You'll Be Doing:Employer Brand Strategy & Campaigns

• Design and execute creative, data-driven employer branding strategies tailored to Malta's market
• Launch multi-channel campaigns (digital, internal, OOH) that bring our EVP to life
• Collaborate with PR, content, and social teams to deliver impactful storytelling—from videos and employee stories to speaker engagements
• Manage our career site and brand ambassador program, ensuring a consistent, inspiring experience

Event Management

• Own the full cycle of employer brand and employee events—from meetups and expos to major conferences
• Handle vendor relationships, sponsorships, branded experiences, and merchandise
• Create engaging internal experiences: recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and cultural celebrations

CSR & Community Impact

• Lead meaningful CSR initiatives that align with local needs and global values
• Build partnerships with NGOs and community orgs
• Drive internal participation and measure program impact

Internal Communications

• Tailor global communication to local culture
• Deliver clear, engaging internal messages across platforms
• Align closely with HQ to ensure consistency in messaging and tone

What You Bring

• Experience in employer branding, CSR, or employee engagement (ideally all three!)
• Strong project management and event planning skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic thinking with a creative edge
• Passion for storytelling and building employee-centric cultures
• Understanding of local trends and how to adapt global strategies to regional nuances
