This is a pivotal role for someone with the heart of a teacher who is passionate about helping others succeed. You will be responsible for creating and delivering a comprehensive training and enablement program for our Revenue Team, which includes Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Account Management. You'll be a key partner to leadership, ensuring our teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in their roles and drive significant business growth.
What will you be doing?
- Content Creation: You will design, develop, and maintain a wide range of training content and curriculum, including live training presentations (Google decks), video courses, Google Docs, help guides, and sales playbooks. You are a content expert who can turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand materials.
- Training & Development: You will lead live training sessions, facilitate workshops, and manage a centralized repository for all learning assets. You will develop and execute structured onboarding programs for new hires and create ongoing training to ensure continuous learning and development.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: You will collaborate closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Support, Product, and RevOps to understand business needs and create aligned training programs. You will be the go-to expert for documenting and training teams on new product releases and updates.
- Performance & Impact: You will track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of your training programs, focusing on results like reduced ramp-up time for new hires, improved sales conversion rates, and increased customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to lead dynamic and effective live training sessions.
- Proven ability to design and create engaging training materials and courses.
- A strong understanding of sales, customer support, and account management processes.
- Experience with a data-driven approach to measure and report on training effectiveness.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with B2B companies, ideally with exposure to the e-commerce or logistics sectors. Experience working with a 3PL is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges and develop strategies to address them.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, or a related education/training field, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer support, and account management processes and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content development and training delivery.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with project management and workflow tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- GSuite expert.
