We’re seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect with deep technical expertise, relentless curiosity, and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions across multiple industries and stacks. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable systems, solving complex problems, and shaping the future of our technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, develop, and maintain software solutions using AWS, Python, Node.js, or any other technology best suited to solve the problem.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate seamlessly with others to drive high-impact results.
• Solve real-world business problems with technical excellence and a customer-first mindset.
• Break down complex challenges, propose scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Work autonomously to own projects end-to-end while mentoring and guiding team members when necessary.
• Understand user needs and challenge the status quo to deliver solutions that matter.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in Computer Science with a solid grip on computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
• Expertise in working with relational databases and data engineering practices.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling ambiguity, and meeting tight timelines.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering across multiple technical stacks and business domains.
• Advanced proficiency in AWS (Serverless, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.), Python, and Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams while also being a hands-on contributor.
• A critical thinker with a knack for breaking down ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resonate with both technical teams and end-users.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software autonomously.
• Individuals who were or became the subject matter experts in their teams and are excited to pick up novel problems, learn continuously, and inspire others.
