About the Team

Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a Ground Systems Engineer to support our Launch team. Do you want to revolutionize space travel in New Space? Then you've come to the right place.

Your Tasks Design the architecture of the command and the control system Oversee the full design life cycle of the ground systems, from conceptual design to implementation and operation Analyse and understand needs through advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, prototypes Generate and maintain P&IDs, design documentation and reports Define test plans and procedures Work with colleagues from different departments across RFA Work with external stakeholders and industry partners Your Qualifications BSc or MSc Degree in an engineering or physics field 3+ years’ experience in command and control systems Hands-on, operational experience is a plus Experience using NX or similar 3D CAD software Experience with industrial sensors and control systems Experience using MS Office Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English) Intermediate or advanced level German is a plus Capable of working independently, while prioritizing various tasks Able to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team We offer Atmosphere: Experience life in an international & dynamic New Space start-up Flexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours Home Office: Full-time employees benefit from 1 day per week home office Health: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with EGYM Wellpass Paid Time Off: 30 days annual leave and special leave days RFA Family: Join regular company and team events Parking: Free parking for car and bike Insights
