What you’ll get to do
You’ve got a sharp eye for opportunities, a knack for strategy, and the drive to turn leads into lasting impact? Perfect. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of our DACH marketing efforts and push the brand forward across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you’ll build and execute cross-channel campaigns, partner closely with Sales and CS, and make sure we’re not just hitting KPIs — but growing with intention. If you’re ready to own a key market in a fast-paced scale-up, keep reading.- Own and drive all marketing activities in the DACH region — from planning to execution.
- Align closely with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success to connect marketing to revenue.
- Identify local growth opportunities and optimise acquisition and upsell performance.
- Localise global campaigns and create region-specific content that actually resonates.
- Manage external partners like PR agencies and local industry collaborators.
- Ensure quality translations across product, campaigns, and web — no awkward German here.
- Keep marketing aligned with our business goals and core KPIs.
- Collaborate with global teams while bringing your regional expertise to the table
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of marketing experience and can show real results.
- You’re entrepreneurial and pragmatic — ideas are great, execution is better.
- You collaborate naturally and enjoy building bridges across departments.
- You’re fluent in German (native level) and confident in English — in writing and speech.
- You understand how to tailor messaging for specific goals and audiences.
- You love a good dashboard and make decisions based on data, not gut alone.
- You bring energy, ownership, and adaptability to a fast-moving environment.
- You care about impact, not just activity — and you don’t wait for permission to get started.

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 49,000. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
