L&D Specialist (Maternity leave cover)

As a temporary full-time L&D Specialist at Optimove, you’ll contribute to the delivery of impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and development. You’ll help manage learning programs, coordinate internal communications, and track key data to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This role is a great fit for someone who’s passionate about learning, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, global company while taking initiative in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Administration: Manage learning data, track employee progress in the LMS. Oversee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  • Program Coordination: Manage and support the execution of key learning programs, ensuring smooth processes and participant engagement.
  • Surveys & Feedback Management: Administer surveys to gather feedback, track employee milestones, and analyze insights to improve learning initiatives.
  • Internal Communication: Create and distribute internal communications related to learning programs, including newsletters and updates for employees.
  • Learning Content & Engagement: Curate and promote a variety of learning opportunities to ensure continuous employee development and engagement.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in the L&D field
  • M.A/B.A in Instructional Design or related field (advantage)
  • Strong organization & multitasking skills
  • LMS Experience – Managing data tracking, content management, and system administration
  • Project management - Experience managing learning projects from start to finish, with the ability to coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
  • Tech-savvy (Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Adaptable & flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, works independently & collaboratively
