We are currently looking for a Help Desk Agent (French/English).
Main Responsibilities:
- FRENCH is MUST and English speaker
- Experience in SAP SD Help Desk is PLUS.
- Create, update and close tickets (incidents or requests).
- First response to all support requests through all channels: phone, email and chat.
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of all tickets across all knowledge domains (experience or script).
- Resolve all tickets within scope through use of experience, knowledge bases (scripts) or peer collaboration.
- Determines impact and urgency of an incident and support request in order to determine priority.
- Escalate or assign tickets to higher tiers with complete documentation of all actions and steps taken in any attempt to resolve.
- Validate employee compliance to policy and procedures during all tasks, taking action, reporting or escalating as necessary
