(Senior) Account Executive – Laser Scanning Professional (Swiss & Austria) (F/M/D)

Germany Remote / Hybrid (NavVis GmbH)

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a strategic sales professional to own and expand our established Laser Scanning business across Switzerland and Austria, deepening relationships with the region's leading Survey, Construction, Laser Scanning and AEC firms while capturing new opportunities. As the market increasingly adopts advanced laser scanning technology to replace traditional methods, you will manage a strong existing customer base and leverage that foothold to drive further adoption—owning the full cycle from nurturing key accounts to hunting net-new logos, with the autonomy to shape your territory and the scope to influence our growth across the DACH region. 

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Own and Expand the Territory: Manage and grow our established footprint across Switzerland and Austria, balancing account management of existing enterprise clients with strategic pursuit of net-new logos. 
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with your dedicated Business Development Specialist to fill the pipeline and align with your Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless handoffs and drive expansion revenue within your accounts. 
  • Work as a Unified Team: Coordinate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and provide frontline insights to Product—becoming the voice of the Swiss and Austrian market internally to help shape our roadmap and messaging. 
  • Maintain Pipeline Health: Keep accurate forecasts and activity data in your CRM, ensuring visibility on both renewal risks and growth opportunities within your territory. 
  • Champion the Customer: Understand the unique workflows of AEC firms, surveyors, and BIM managers, positioning our solutions as the clear choice for their evolving reality capture needs. 

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Surveying Background: You come from the surveying, geospatial, or laser scanning industry. You understand point clouds, daily workflows, and how reality capture solves real problems for customers. 
  • Deep Market Knowledge: You know the Swiss and Austrian landscape inside out—the key players, the channel dynamics, and what drives decision-making for surveying firms and AEC professionals. 
  • Industry Credibility: You speak the language of surveyors, engineers, and BIM managers. You can hold your own in technical conversations and translate customer needs into practical solutions. 
  • Relationship Builder: You thrive on long-term relationships, not just quick wins. You know how to nurture existing accounts while identifying new opportunities. 
  • Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working as part of a regional Teamleveraging your BDS for pipeline generation and your CSM for account growth—while feeding insights back to Product and Marketing. 
  • Location & Language: Based in SwitzerlandAustria or southern Germany, with native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
