People Experience & Development Partner (F/M/D)

OUR VISION
When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don’t just capture reality - they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative - because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in.
That’s what NavVis offers in all our products and services: the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality. And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re a focused People Business Partnering & Learning & Development team of three — and this is the right moment to grow. We’re looking for someone who complements what we’ve built and is ready to make the L&D space their own.
In this role, you’ll help shape how our employees across our global setup learn, grow, and embrace new ways of working — especially in a world where AI is changing what skills and mindsets actually matter.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll design and run programs, partner closely with our People Business Partners, and play a central role in how we enable our people — from leadership development to company-wide AI enablement. You’ll be at the heart of our People function, helping create an environment where people can thrive while bringing fresh ideas and shaping how we work.
As a team, we’re close-knit, curious, and comfortable with change — because change is kind of our default. We help each other, shift gears when needed, and keep moving forward together. We’re not afraid of ambiguity — we’ve learned to work with it, and sometimes even enjoy it. We move fast, learn as we go, and bring a genuine sense of ownership to everything we do.
This role is based in Munich with a hybrid setup (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Design, build, and deliver learning programs with a strong focus on L&D, enablement, and practical skill-building
- Support our AI enablement initiatives — helping employees develop the skills, tools, and mindset to work effectively in an AI-powered environment
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions across all levels, from individual contributors to leaders
- Partner with People Business Partners to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions
- Use data and analytics to understand what’s working — and be honest when it isn’t
- Manage and improve our learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, Synthesia, Culture Amp)
- Contribute to engagement formats and employee experience initiatives that foster connection and culture
- Drive your topics with ownership — from concept to execution
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience processes and actively implement changes
- Support the evolution of our L&D approach as skills, technology, and ways of working continue to shift
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
Several years (4+ years) of experience in L&D, enablement, or a related People role — enough to hit the ground running, curious enough to keep learning.
You bring:
- A genuine passion for learning and development, with hands-on experience in training/workshop design and facilitation
- Strong interest in AI — you’ve thought seriously about how AI changes learning, and ideally have experience building AI enablement programs
- Good technical understanding of the L&D and AI landscape — familiarity with learning platforms, tools, and emerging technologies, and the ability to translate possibilities into meaningful learning experiences
- An analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data, can draw conclusions from it, and use it to improve what you build
- The ability to work both conceptually and operationally — you can think through a strategy and then actually execute it
- A collaborative approach — you work closely with partners, involve the right people, and know great L&D doesn’t happen in isolation
- An ownership mentality — you drive topics proactively, without waiting to be asked
- Comfort with ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities
- Strong communication skills and full professional fluency in English and German, enabling you to support stakeholders and employees across regions
And just as important: You bring enough experience to make an impact from day one, while staying curious, open to feedback, and eager to keep learning. You’re grounded and take initiative, but above all you’re a learner at heart: you know there’s still a lot to learn, you ask for feedback, and you don’t confuse drive with having all the answers.
You experiment, iterate, bring others along with you — and are excited to help shape how learning happens in a fast-changing world.

You can expect to go through a screening call, and up to 3 rounds of interviews, where we would love to discover your passion and interests, introduce you to who we are and what drives us, and finally understand how we can potentially support each other's growth.
