Following exceptional product and business growth, NavVis is entering its next phase of scaling globally — and Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in that journey.
As Team Lead Global Talent Acquisition, reporting directly to our Chief People & Sustainability Officer, you will shape and lead the future of hiring at NavVis. You will own our global Talent Acquisition strategy end-to-end, partner closely with senior leadership, and help build the teams that drive our continued growth.
Beyond leading a high-performing team of 5 full-cycle recruiters, you will elevate Talent Acquisition as a strategic business function: using data to influence decisions, driving operational excellence, and continuously evolving how we attract and hire top talent globally.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You drive NavVis’ global Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring hiring excellence across all regions and functions
- You lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 recruiters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and data-driven recruiting culture
- You set clear goals and operating rhythms for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
- In close collaboration with our HR Analytics colleague, you stay on top of hiring plans and recruiting expenses
- You leverage recruiting analytics and market insights to drive data-informed decisions, optimize performance, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- You stay on top of latest recruiting trends and tools on the market and drive best practice Talent Acquisition together with your team
- You continuously evolve NavVis’ recruiting infrastructure, processes, and employer positioning to support the company’s next stage of growth
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Proven experience leading recruiting teams in fast-paced, international environments
- A data-driven mindset with new, creative approaches, and experience in optimizing established processes on a daily basis
- A strategic, business-oriented approach to recruiting with the ability to balance business needs, candidate experience, and long-term talent quality
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across different functions and levels
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using recruiting data and insights to drive decisions and improvements
- Solid knowledge of German employment practices relevant to recruiting, ideally combined with exposure to international hiring environments
- A mindset that views recruiting as a business function, not an order-taker
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
