THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a pivotal moment: We are a European deep-tech leader entering a new phase of global growth, and we’re looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Sales with the passion, experience, and vision to scale with us.
Our Digital Factory and AEC solutions are already transforming how the world's leading manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and largest industrial companies visualize, manage, and optimize their production environments at scale.
In this role, you will lead and expand a seasoned Enterprise Sales team spanning Europe, North America, and Asia. You will translate our bold vision into an actionable, scalable global sales strategy, fostering collaboration across functions to build a high-performing, results-oriented organization.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own the scaling of our global Enterprise Sales team, optimizing its structure and Go-to-Market strategy to drive predictable, repeatable revenue growth.
- Refine and execute our global Go-to-Market strategy for our Digital Factory SaaS offering, establishing clear metrics for success.
- Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at strategic global enterprise accounts, leading from the front alongside your team.
- Champion a results-driven, collaborative culture, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance our market offering.
- Elevate global sales performance by serving as a mentor and coach, empowering your team to achieve and exceed ambitious targets.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- An entrepreneurial mindset, driven by the challenge of building and scaling a global enterprise business.
- Experienced in scaling global enterprise sales organizations, preferably within SaaS, digital twin, or complex B2B technology.
- A proven track record of creating and executing Go-to-Market strategies that have led to significant international revenue growth.
- Deep experience selling into industrial verticals such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Processing, AEC etc.. Familiarity with digital twin or spatial intelligence technology is a major advantage.
- Genuine leadership skills with a coaching mentality—you know how to inspire, motivate, and develop talent across diverse, international teams.
- Ability to navigating global, interdisciplinary environments, aligning strategy and execution across different regions and functions.
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
