We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager with experience in building and scaling complex geospatial data products to join our team. In this role, you will own the Geospatial Analytics product providing important operational intelligence that aids the automatic and human-in-the-loop decision making in the operation of our AD fleets. You will have the opportunity to shape the product vision and roadmap of one of the most critical components of our Fleet Management System and have a tangible impact on the way in which MOIA optimizes for safe and efficient AD fleet operations by means of route planning. 

What you will do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Geospatial Analytics  
  • Evolve the dynamic layers of our geonet to enable smart, context-aware routing 
  • Translate complex business and operational questions into clear product requirements, KPIs, and measurable impact 
  • Partner closely with data science and engineering to build and validate statistical and machine learning models (e.g., failure and performance prediction) 
  • Work cross-functionally with Fleet, Vehicle Platform, and Operations teams to align diverse data needs 
  • Drive adoption of spatial intelligence across the Fleet System domain 
  • Staying actionable and provide value under uncertainty 

What will help you to fulfill your role 

  • Product excellence: you bring solid product management experience in data-driven, platform, or analytics-heavy environments 
  • Domain knowledge: you have strong understanding of geospatial use cases in automotive or mobility fields (e.g. routing, map matching, navigation) 
  • Data centric: you are familiar with statistical modeling and machine learning concepts and can challenge and support your engineers and scientists constructively 
  • Strong communicationand stakeholder skills: you bring structure to ambiguity and ask “why?” before jumping to solutions. People enjoy working with you because you communicate complex problems clearly and foster a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere. 
  • Curiosity and learning mindset: you’re excited to grow in a complex, evolving domain and exhibit a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, actively seeking opportunities to expand your impact. 
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
