GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist that is responsible for identifying and acquiring the best match of professionals to our teams in the US. If you’re a go-getter, love to engage with people, excellent at articulating a company story, tenacious in your pursuit of A-players, passionate about providing the best candidate experience, and viewed as a trusted advisor with hiring leaders, this could be your dream job!

You’ll identify, vet, and hire exceptional GTM professionals by attracting talent and proven performers. You will develop and foster partnerships with hiring managers and be their advisor on how to build strong teams by identifying the right candidate match. You’ll be actively involved in the development of Leapwork by driving and continuously refining a consistent process that delivers results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience
  • Become a strong talent advisor by developing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams and global stakeholders
  • Innovate on ways to build pipeline, identify unique sourcing methods and recruit in a variety of venues to build high performing teams
  • Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience focused on a high touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful connection during the recruitment journey
  • Source, screen, and assess talent that leads to offers, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner closely with management and other global talent acquisition specialists to attract talent that supports global lines of business
  • Accelerate candidate engagement and improve candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process with consistent high-touch communication
  • Contribute to the talent acquisition team by providing thought leadership on new recruiting tools, processes, policies, and procedures

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business
  • 3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in GTM organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives
  • Knowledge of the scaling tech landscape and who our competitors in this space may be
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience
  • Flexibility to work with teams outside of GTM 
  • Hybrid work preference, means working from the office in Boston 2-3 days a week
