We are now looking for a People Partner to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract, covering parental leave from September 1st, 2025, to the earliest August 31st, 2026, with the possibility to extend.

As a People Partner You’ll act as a strategic advisor and coach to our leaders, helping to shape a highly performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people’s development, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll bring

  • Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of People principles, practices, and Swedish employment laws.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent English is required.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic People Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to managers at all levels, offering guidance across all areas of people management, including performance, compensation, team development, onboarding, and feedback.
  • Performance & Reward Cycles Support managers through performance management processes, including salary reviews and promotion cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.
  • Engagement & Culture Coach managers on interpreting and acting on employee engagement data to foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with best practices.
  • Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with colleagues in the People team to continuously enhance our tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
