Role overview
Kambi is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Support Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will oversee product benchmarking, manage CRM systems, support research and data collection, assist with PowerPoint presentations, conduct commercial competitor research, and contribute to RFP writing. This role requires proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
The Pre-Sales Team
Kambi’s Pre-Sales team is a strategic extension of the global sales function, shaping and articulating the Kambi solution across all deals and markets. From building data-driven business cases and responding to RFPs, to leading technical workshops and aligning internal experts with prospect needs, the team ensures every engagement is precise, persuasive, and positions Kambi for success.
As a Pre-Sales Support Analyst, your day-to-day work will look like:
Product Benchmarking and Data Collection:
- Collect and package product benchmarking data both from internal and external sources
- Support the collection of product and offering data benchmarks, comparing key performance metrics of the Kambi sportsbook solution versus its peers
- Use PowerPoint and Excel to present product comparisons and offerings.
PowerPoint Support:
- Assist the team in preparing decks with relevant content for sales pitches
- Organize and maintain files and repositories to ensure they are up to date
Research and Data Support:
- Utilize public sources such as Vixio, H2GC, and AGA for data collection.
- Support the team in chasing data to build comprehensive business cases
- Conduct external market research both for sales collateral but also future market research, supporting the sales team on a proactive basis by researching new markets, product requirements and potential targets
RFP Writing Support:
- Provide writing support for RFPs, especially during busy seasons.
- Develop writing skills to contribute effectively to RFPs over time.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update Hubspot CRM to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
You’ll be a great fit for the role if you have:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Strong research and data collection skills; ability to find unique angles for shaping data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sports betting industry data sources such as Vixio, H2GC, and AGA
- Previous experience in product benchmarking and competitor research
