Sponsored Product Agent - Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the full execution of sponsored product campaigns across digital advertising platforms like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads and other retail media channels.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns through keyword research, targeting refinement, bid management and creative adjustments to meet performance objectives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions and ROI, and implement improvements to maximize visibility and sales impact.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, targeting options and bidding strategies to continuously enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high value search terms and optimize match types, bids and targeting relevance.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, monitor pacing and performance against targets and adjust investment strategies when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that track KPIs, highlight trends and present clear, data driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights, business opportunities and risks, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity, benchmark performance and use market intelligence to refine campaign strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including product marketing, e-commerce, analytics and external vendors to align advertising efforts with business goals and category priorities.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives through strong execution of sponsored product advertising.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong experience in digital advertising with hands-on work in sponsored product campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Advertising or Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of campaign setup, optimization, tracking and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and take action based on performance trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, comfortable managing several campaigns at the same time.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce, online retail and emerging retail media trends.
