JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Business Partner Mid EU is a key role supporting one of JOE & THE JUICE's fastest growing regions, covering France & Monaco, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Based at our new Copenhagen headquarters, with expected travel of up to 15 days per year, the role drives financial insight, transparency and performance management across the region - working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, HR and regional leadership. It's a recognised development position, offering a clear pathway within Mid EU finance and a gateway to international markets and group-level finance roles at HQ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and develop business cases for new store openings and business development initiatives, including sensitivity analysis and post-investment performance follow-up.
• Lead continuous budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and financial modelling for the Mid EU region.
• Prepare business reviews and support the Finance Director in presenting regional performance, insights and recommendations to executive management (CEO, CFO, COO).
• Act as a trusted financial partner to Mid EU regional leadership, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Track performance against regional business plans, targets and strategic initiatives, and drive data-driven improvement.
• Ensure high-quality, transparent financial reporting by collaborating with shared service functions, including Accounts Payable and Controlling.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights to support revenue growth, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, HR and Finance to translate insights into action.

WHO YOU ARE

• A strong analytical communicator, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Confident challenging and influencing senior stakeholders across a multi-market, matrix organisation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding region, with willingness to travel up to 15 days a year.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a commercially oriented finance role - budgeting, forecasting, performance management and senior stakeholder exposure; a background from Big Four audit, financial advisory, transaction services or commercial finance is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong systems understanding.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
