About inMotu

inMotu is an AI-powered digital physiotherapy platform that helps patients perform rehabilitation exercises correctly and enables clinicians to track progress remotely.
Developed within JetBrains Innovation Hub, it uses computer vision and musculoskeletal modelling to deliver real-time movement feedback, supporting both patients and professionals.

The role

We’re currently looking for a senior industry professional with proven success in bringing HeathTech or MedTech software products to market. You’ll lead the development and validation of inMotu’s go-to-market and sales strategy for the European market, helping us turn an early prototype into early commercial traction. This is a hands-on role – ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with real sales and execution experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and validate inMotu’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive early business development and sales efforts to secure pilot customers.
  • Share practical market expertise – bring insights, contacts, and best practices from the MedTech, HealthTech, and Digital Health industries to guide our team.
  • Contribute to future growth planning, including scaling strategy, partnerships, and potential commercialization pathways beyond the initial pilot phase.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in commercial or product leadership (e.g. CSO, CPO, Product Manager, Product Owner, Head of Commercial, or GTM Lead) within HealthTech or MedTech.
  • Strong B2B experience – demonstrated success selling or launching software or digital health solutions into healthcare settings (clinics, rehabilitation centers, and digital health providers).
  • Deep understanding of EU healthcare and/or physiotherapy markets.
  • Strong communication skills across technical, clinical, and business audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English; other European languages are a plus.

Engagement

  • Three-month fixed-term contract (salary, plus reimbursed project expenses).
  • Direct collaboration with the inMotu core team.
  • Opportunity for extension or long-term employment depending on project results.
