Your Role

You are a dedicated advisor with a passion for advising entrepreneurs on covering their income risks. Your goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction, expand your portfolio, and deliver excellent quality, with special attention to each customer’s unique situation. At Insify, we use the latest technology to make the customer experience as simple and pleasant as possible, making your interactions as an advisor even more meaningful. You support entrepreneurs at crucial moments in their careers. Customers value your expertise, your ability to think along, and your decisiveness as a clear added value. They feel that your advice is always honest and in their best interest. Additionally, you play an essential internal role in guiding a team of more junior colleagues in their development and further expanding this team. Together with our software engineers and product analysts, you directly contribute to building better insurance products that better meet the needs of entrepreneurs and freelancers.

What You Bring

• At least an HBO diploma in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• At least 3-6 years of experience as an advisor, ideally within an insurance office or with one of the larger insurance companies.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ideas and lots of energy to help the entire team at Insify change the insurance world.

• A desire to work in a startup environment and the ability to switch quickly.

• A current WFT Basic and WFT Income certificate. WFT Wealth is a plus.

• Good command of English (you will work in an international environment).

Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
