Your Role

We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven Sales Representative ready to make an impact. You’ll work on the front lines, helping customers find the coverage they need while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You don’t need prior insurance experience—what matters most is your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer thoughtful solutions. You'll work closely with our advisors, product analysts, and software engineers to improve the products and processes that support our clients.

As part of our team, you'll engage with entrepreneurs at pivotal moments, adding value through your insights and genuine care. You'll have the chance to develop quickly, receive guidance from experienced mentors, and learn the ropes of a growing industry. Plus, you’ll be part of building a new team culture that’s centered on growth, innovation, and delivering the highest-quality service.

What You Bring

  • Sales Savvy: You’re comfortable making repeat calls and have the drive to reach targets. Experience in B2C environments like hospitality, retail sales, or commercial telco is a plus.
  • Creative Mindset: You think on your feet and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Customer Focused: You’re energized by working with people and thrive on helping customers find solutions that work for them.
  • Hands-On Attitude: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and work directly with clients.
  • Eager to Grow: With a proactive approach, you’re ready to dive in, learn fast, and grow within a startup environment.
  • Languages: Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, as you’ll work in a diverse, international team.
