What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Growth Product Manager to join our product team! You will be responsible for driving top performance across all our sales funnels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Experimentation: Utilize a data-driven approach to design and execute experiments to improve conversion rates, revenue growth and cross sell.
  2. Product Strategy: Identify strategic opportunities and drive business value by releasing significant product launches.
  3. Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities and market gaps. Conduct user interviews to understand the why behind data insights.
  5. Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely in cross-functional teams with marketing, insurance/supply and legal, to align growth strategies with broader business objectives.

What you’ll need

This is what we look for in the ideal candidate for this role:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on growth and optimization, a bonus for it being within a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resulting in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with lots of change.
  • Growth mindset. A never-ending desire to grow and learn, and tag along your team in that process.
  • Driver mindset. You are strongly biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master disambiguator/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
