Main Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute demand generation marketing strategies to increase awareness of our products and services. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of demand generation tactics and best practices. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing various demand generation campaigns and programs which may include: email marketing, social media, paid advertising, event marketing, webinars, content, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC).
This is an in-office role (4 days office/ 1 day remote)

- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to drive new business opportunities and revenue through content, digital, email, and webinar channels.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads for a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate across UK and US markets to fuel growth alongside City and Area Managers, shaping Ideal Customer Profiles for effective Go-To-Market strategies.
- Manage purchasing procedures and lead quarterly Sales Blitz campaigns.
- Ensure lead integrity and CRM cleanliness by updating data consistently.
- Design impactful campaigns to raise awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI across various paid programs.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, offering strategic insights for optimization.
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve key metrics such as MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Lead and collaborate on ABM campaigns with the digital marketing team, integrating lead scoring mechanisms for enhanced effectiveness.
- Maintain ad-hoc support for the US and UK sales team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation marketing, preferably within a B2B context.
- Proven hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), paid search, retargeting, and pay per lead.
- Expertise in executing successful B2B ABM campaigns targeting enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of demand generation best practices with a demonstrated ability to generate leads.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Direct experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring, and attribution.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Data Suite with experience in detailed campaign reporting.
- Strong project management skills with a problem-solving mindset and a growth hacking mentality.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
- Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
