Main Purpose

The Senior Privacy Analyst works closely with all departments to ensure ongoing privacy-related efforts across the organisation are maintained. The individual in this position also helps to support compliance reporting requirements, and participates in the maintenance of the auditing and monitoring process documents and metrics for Indeed Flex’s Privacy Team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Managing the response to data subject rights requests and queries.
• Providing timely updates relating to escalated incidents and data subject rights issues.
• Assisting with Data Protection Impact Assessments and working closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure risk assessments are thorough and accurately capture associated privacy risks.
• Assisting with vendor and 3rd party supplier assessments.
• Assisting in the delivery of data protection training for staff, tailored to specific areas of the business.
• Conducting ad hoc research on global and domestic privacy legislation, tracking changes and developments  and communicating important updates to the team.
• Becoming familiar with data protection and information security policies, advising when these fall due for review and updating information on the intranet when necessary.
• Populating and maintaining registers and reporting on trends.
• Line Management responsibilities for  Privacy Analyst
• Assisting with conducting internal data protection audits, producing gap analysis and audit reports.
• Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the records and files of the Privacy Team.
• Creating and updating data maps and records of processing.
• Generally assisting with administrative and other tasks on behalf of the team and other tasks as may be defined and assigned by the Data Protection Manager and the Head of Risk & Compliance  to meet the operational needs of Indeed Flex.
