Main Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, source, and hire top-tier talent across technical, staffing, and sales functions. You will go beyond traditional recruitment and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leveraging data-driven insights and proactive sourcing techniques to ensure we secure the best talent in the market.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of competitive talent landscapes. You will build and maintain a robust and inclusive talent pipeline while optimizing the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical, staffing, and sales talent, utilizing headhunting techniques, networking, and market intelligence
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs. This includes forecasting hiring needs, identifying critical skill gaps, and developing proactive sourcing strategies. 
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial role intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and industry research. Developing and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for critical roles.
  • Ability to showcase Indeed Flex as an employer of choice, this may involve participating in career fairs, networking events, and online communities.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or search firms as needed. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
  • Stewardship of how experience is felt and perceived by both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, followed through by slick, high-quality, and inclusive pre-hire and onboarding experiences via systems and automation.
  • Act as an advisor to the business and share market intelligence, industry trends, and pipeline of opportunistic talent.
  • Suggest ways to best improve the hiring process, our employer brand, and our candidate experience, based on your market knowledge and expertise, and work with your team to lead projects that update and change to ways of working.
  • Champion data-driven recruitment practices, and assist with producing reports/dashboards, talent insights and measuring conversion rates and cost per hire.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing and headhunting, with a track record of successfully engaging passive candidates.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on technical, staffing, and sales roles.
  • Proven track record in headhunting and direct sourcing for highly specialized roles.
  • Proven & extensive track record of successfully sourcing and placing revenue-generating roles.
  • Advanced understanding and experience with various sourcing channels and techniques, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks including industry events.
  • Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods with the ability to identify top talent.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Autonomous in nature with an ability to act and make decisions independently.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered recruiting platforms).
  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to track and analyze key metrics 
  • A keen understanding of the requirements and future needs for each role in the company.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent client relation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and a sense of initiative.
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in solutions.
  • Action-oriented and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to sit or stand at a desk indoors for most of the day; and is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. 

Travel

This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Travel may be outside of the local area and may require overnight accommodations. 

All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
