Partner Sales Manager

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Partner Sales Manager to join our Tallinn office.

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our partner network, managing existing relationships, and driving sales growth. Each day, you’ll connect with our partners face-to-face, build trust, and ensure they feel supported and valued. To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for active engagement throughout the sales process. 

What will you be doing?

  • Taking care of, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners of Inbank.
  • Being responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Consulting partners on the issues of purchasing goods in instalments.
  • Educating and getting the employees of our partners familiar with our systems.
  • Communicating regularly with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Actively researching, identifying, and evaluating potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales. 

Ideally, you would have:

  • 4-5 years of previous proven working experience as a Partner Sales Manager or similar within B2B Sales. 
  • Experience with the implementation and execution of new sales strategies, or the optimisation of them.
  • Understanding the importance of performance metrics when it comes to sales and identifying potential opportunities through reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented working environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian communication skills.
