  • Proven experience in evaluating business opportunities, developing financial and business models, and conducting in-depth data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skillset with excellent attention to detail and research capabilities. You have experience in sourcing, analyzing, and synthesizing key insights from businesses, markets, and industry intelligence to support specific business cases.
  • Experience in preparing presentations that convey business and market data to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and clearly articulate ideas.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, curious, and results-driven—constantly seeking business opportunities and taking initiative to drive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.

We do understand that nobody is perfect, but you will get some bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience working in a high-paced environment,
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools.
What you’ll get in return:
  • We offer a competitive salary that is based on your experience level and a great benefits package
  • Sports compensation or additional health insurance and extra vacation days after 3rd year of employment
  • Based on the performance a 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years of working at Inbank
  • Interesting and challenging working environment with opportunities to develop professionally
  • A hybrid and agile and autonomous working environment
  • Team events and personalised training plan.

At Inbank we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here but think you would do well.
