- Proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels and building a network of talent.
- Using data to drive insights and improving recruitment processes (pipeline conversion rates, time to fill, and candidate experience).
- Acting as the key contact for local teams on recruitment matters, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Contributing to a variety of employer branding activities, such as internship programs, career events, and job fairs, to attract and engage top talent.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture, values, and mission to prospective candidates.
What you need to succeed:
- 3-4 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience for various positions (tech and non-tech).
- Experience hiring internationally across different markets, functions and levels.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and its culture to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to drive insights and improve recruitment processes.
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Polish.
Our offer to you:
- Competitive salary based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
- A hybrid, agile, and autonomous working environment.
- Sports compensation, or additional health insurance.
- A 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years at Inbank, based on performance.
- Engaging and challenging projects with professional development opportunities.
- A friendly, results-oriented team.
- Team events and additional perks.
At Inbank, we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here, but think you would do well.
When submitting your application, kindly ensure your CV is in English.
