
Back Office Support & Quality Team Lead

We’re seeking a proactive Back Office Support & Quality Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. You'll be responsible for optimizing support processes, driving automation, and improving technical issue resolution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, you'll create and deliver internal training to boost team knowledge and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals
- Foster team motivation and engagement through regular communication and support
- Prepare and present group reports to ensure alignment and visibility across teams
- Design and deliver training sessions for both new hires and existing team members
- Create clear and effective training materials to support knowledge sharing and skill development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal processes and continuous improvement
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives through analysis and implementation of improvements
To be successful in the role, skills and experience needed:
- Hands-on expertise with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive improvements
- Team management experience in hiring, training, and performance monitoring
- Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Driving licence and good knowledge of Lithuanian and English

Salary based on experience and performance (Base salary range €2000-€2500 gross monthly + variable part (depending on the results) up to €500 gross monthly).
