E-commerce Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to join our Partner Sales team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving online sales growth by working closely with our partners to optimize their e-commerce performance. You’ll be responsible for increasing the visibility, sales, and customer engagement of our products in online sales channels. Your expertise in e-commerce trends, data-driven decision-making, and sales strategy will be key in shaping this role and delivering measurable results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates across partner e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborating with partners to optimize product listings, promotions, pricing, and visibility in their e-shops.
  • Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for growth.
  • Managing online retail partnerships and providing guidance to partners on best practices in digital sales.
  • Keeping up with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Working closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance the overall online shopping experience.
  • Leading e-commerce-related integrations and system developments from the business perspective.
  • Identifying, onboarding and pursuing new business opportunities with partners who focus on online sales.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, digital sales strategy, or online retail management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A problem-solving mindset, result-oriented approach, and willingness to dive into technical details.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Latvian and English.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
