Business Analyst

We seek a data-driven Business Analyst to join our cross-border finance team in Tallinn.
In this role, you would work on the management of Inbank’s balance sheet which includes responsibility for funding activities and liquidity readiness, deposit base pricing, first-line liquidity and financial risk management. In addition securitisation of the bank’s portfolios, input to funds transfer pricing principles and tools. You’d work closely with finance, risk, growth, product and technology teams. What will you be doing?
- Modelling Inbank’s assets and liability portfolios.
- Taking ownership of calculations of the bank’s funding needs and liquidity readiness forecasting.
- Analysing financial and banking markets, and providing input to customer offering.
- Supporting different Inbank units with a transfer pricing system and product profitability tools.
- Participating in financial planning and performance management processes.
- Developing Inbank’s financial and risk management processes and procedures.
- Contributing to the asset securitisation project.
Ideally, you would have:
- 3+ years of previous similar work experience as a Business/Financial analyst.
- Strong analytical skills that help to understand financial markets and financial services.
- A thorough understanding of financial and risk management processes and procedures.
- Previous experience with financial planning and forecasting, collaborating with distributed teams and management.
- Proven organisational and analytical skills, ability to work independently and think critically.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Proven experience working with Excel and Tableau.
