Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Partner Sales Manager to join our Kaunas office. 

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities by seeking and cultivating relationships with qualified partners. You’ll also get to work with our sales and marketing teams internationally. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and passionate about sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking care of establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners of Inbank
  • Being responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
  • Consulting partners on the issues of purchasing goods in instalments
  • Educating and getting the employees of our partners familiar with our systems
  • Communicating regularly with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Actively researching, identifying, and evaluating potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales within the Kaunas region

Ideally, you would have:

  • 4-5 years of previous proven working experience as a Partner Sales Manager or similar within B2B Sales 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience with implementation and execution of new sales strategies, or optimisation of them
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth-oriented working environment
  • Understanding the importance of performance metrics when it comes to sales and identifying potential opportunities through reporting and analysis
  • Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English communication skills
