Partner Sales Manager
Banking is moving out of banks and becoming a part of customers’ daily digital lives. Inbank’s financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,200+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners to grow their businesses while end customers get to benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 420+ people working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Czech Republic.
Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a talented Partner Sales Manager to join the team in Estonia.
This position is a maternity leave replacement (temporary employment contract).
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Inbank's partners
- Take ownership and drive growth in rental and "pay later" sales
- Lead and develop online domain sales strategies
- Consult partners on installment purchase processes and related issues
- Educate and onboard partner employees on Inbank's systems and tools
- Identify, onboard, and grow new partners and sales channels
- Analyze market trends and propose innovative ideas to boost sales growth or enhance existing strategies
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Partner Sales Manager or similar role
- 3-5 years of experience in the e-Sales domain, ideally within the retail or finance sector
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to identify growth opportunities through analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and building long-term partnerships
- Fluent communication skills in English and Estonian
- Experience implementing and optimizing new sales strategies
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively
