Head of Financial Risk Control

Due to our growth and expansion ambitions, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Risk Control to join our dynamic and international team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in financial risk management.
As the Head of Financial Risk Control you will be part of the Risk Control team and responsible for organizing market, capital and liquidity risk control activities in Inbank Group. You will have the chance to collaborate closely with our international teams and develop yourself professionally.
What will you be doing?
- Design and implement financial risk management framework within the organization
- Perform regular risk reporting in the area of financial risks
- Take care of regulatory relations in the area of financial risks
- Ensure compliance with regulations in the area of financial risks
- Perform stress testing in the area of financial risk
- Manage ILAAP and ICAAP in the areas of liquidity risk, market risk and capitalisation
- Participating in ALCO meetings
What We'd Like to See in You?
- Proven previous work experience in the area of financial risk management/control, preferably in banking
- Strong knowledge of European banking regulation and capital requirements regulation
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office with expertise with Excel
- Experience with SQL is considered as a bonus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Open minded to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across different levels of the organisation
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth-oriented working environment
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
