Head of Sales

Since entering the Czech market in 2022, Inbank has swiftly gained the trust of Czech consumers with its innovative financial products. Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Head of Sales in Czechia. This role focuses on devising and implementing strategies to enhance the bank's business-to-business sales efforts. The individual will be responsible for building relationships with partners and driving sales performance, all of which contribute to the overall success of the bank's initiatives. Growth opportunities include leading projects from a sales perspective to maximize profitability and partner satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy for the bank
  • Attract new partners who will utilize the bank's financing products and engage with additional partners in the sales domain, including brokers
  • Manage and nurture relationships with partners, providing training to their sales staff
  • Oversee contracts with partners, ensuring partner profitability
  • Report sales results to the bank
  • Provide feedback on market requirements and opportunities
  • Recruit, manage, and support the bank's sales staff, including evaluating and measuring their performance
  • Participate in bank development projects from a sales perspective.

To be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:

  • Managerial experience in B2B sales
  • Experience working in the banking, fintech, finance, financial advisory or insurance sector
  • Experience of leading a team of sales professionals
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Czech language.

We do understand that nobody is perfect, but some bonus points if you have:

  • Project management experience
  • Working experience in an international environment.
