- Delivery & specification: translate roadmap items into epics, user stories and testable acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews; make trade‑offs on scope, quality and timelines; coordinate release readiness and enablement.
- Incident triage & quality: rapidly triage issues, gather context, coordinate fixes, run post‑incident reviews and capture preventive actions in the backlog; communicate status to customer‑facing teams and customers.
- Migration support: help define pragmatic migration plans, cutover guidance, deprecation strategies and customer enablement materials; track adoption and surface risks.
- Customer engagement: join customer meetings with Sales and Customer Success to validate value propositions via interviews, prototypes and pilots.
- GenAI‑enabled ways of working: use GenAI to accelerate discovery, specification, incident summaries and reporting—ensuring human oversight and compliance.
