Revenue Operations Analyst (f/m/d)

This position is based in Munich, Germany.
Ensure revenue and sales data is accurate, timely, and easy to understand. Govern all master data relevant for revenue, ensuring high data quality and consistency across systems. Build and maintain core reports and dashboards for leadership, supporting business decisions around renewals and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Govern and steward all master data related to revenue (customers, contracts, products, pricing) in CRM and billing systems; define data standards, validation rules, and quality controls & manage documentation of the same. Transform CRM and billing data into clear, reliable reports (ARR, pipeline, win rates, renewals/retention).
- Maintain the “single source of truth” for revenue metrics across Sales, Finance, and leadership.
- Own and update Management KPI Dashboards in Tableau for Lead to Order; co-own Order to Cash dashboards with Finance.
- Regularly health check data processes behind reports, triggering adjustments with Sales Operations and RevOps as needed.
- Maintain essential dashboards for leadership (forecast vs. target, renewal calendar, at-risk renewals).
- Spot and coordinate fixes for data issues (missing fields, duplicates, broken links) with RevOps and Sales Ops.
- Partner with Revenue & Pricing Operations on forecasting tools and inputs; collaborate with Finance on plan vs. actuals.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from commercial leadership; communicate dashboard changes, data issues, and process enhancements to stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly changing business settings with shifting priorities and requirements.
- Demonstrated track record as a self-driven, self-motivated individual contributor who can work autonomously, proactively identify opportunities, and take ownership of projects from start to end.
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience using Salesforce (mandatory), and preferred experience with Tableau and HubSpot.
- Advanced skills in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable collaborating across sales, marketing, finance, and BI teams.
- Experience in master data stewardship, data governance, or data quality initiatives is highly desirable.
- Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Relevant Certifications (Highly Desirable):
- Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory), Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Data Architect, Platform App Builder, Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant
- Tableau: Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Data Analyst
- HubSpot: HubSpot Reporting Certification, HubSpot Data Management Certification
- Fluent English is required. Additional knowledge of German and/or French will prove useful.
