Digital Marketing Expert

Skills You Bring:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing hands-on expertise: website management, social media, Google campaigns, SEO, and other digital tactics. This role requires both hands-on execution and managing external partners (agencies, freelancers, and vendors).
  • 2+ years of B2B service digital marketing with proven lead generation results.  
  • 2+ years of digital marketing strategic planning expertise. You should be able to create and lead digital marketing strategy. 
  • Outstanding people skills: you have to be the bridge between business and your digital empire to deliver the best results. 
  • Practical understanding of marketing AI solutions.
  • Fluent in English; Estonian is a strong plus, German is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms. Juggling all the necessary AI tools for that and knowing where to add human touch is a must. 
  • A data-driven mindset and experience with analytics. 
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, Figma is a plus 
  • If you're a hobby photographer, you're already halfway there! Ok, we know that it is a bit of a stretch, but one can ask. 
Your Role Will Include: 
  • Building strong relationships across Helmes Group (sales, HR, management, experts) and collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams.
  • Managing and distributing brand, sales, and HR content across digital channels while ensuring consistent visuals.
  • Leading website development and working with external partners.
  • Analyzing performance, sharing insights, and identifying engagement opportunities for sales & leadership.
  • Growing and managing our social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and transforming content into platform-specific narratives.
  • Supporting experts in building their online presence and collaborating with HR on employer branding.
  • Tracking industry trends, monitoring competitors, and providing live coverage of key events.
