About your key responsibilities and impact:

Product Roadmapping:
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps that outline the short-term and long-term development plans;
  • Balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility in roadmap planning.
Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales and delivery to ensure effective collaboration and execution of product plans.
Product Development and Launch:
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch;
  • Ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Customer Engagement:
  • Interacting with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and validate product features;
  • Using customer insights to drive product improvements.
Product Metrics and Analytics:
  • Iteratively improving products based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicating product strategies, updates, and results to key stakeholders, including executives;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

 

Essential professional experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically in B2B SaaS or platform-based products;
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering features from ideation to launch;
  • Strong understanding of back-office platforms, internal tools, or admin dashboards;
  • Ability to analyze product data (usage metrics, customer feedback, operational KPIs) to make informed decisions;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understanding API integrations, system architecture, and technical constraints;
  • Familiarity with agile development processes (JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools);
  • Knowledge of management systems (Confluence or others), Prototyping (Figma, others);
  • Experience in managing competing priorities and balancing stakeholder needs;
  • Experience with UX/UI Design Principles – While helpful, deep design knowledge isn’t mandatory. Working effectively with designers is more important;
  • English level no lower than Upper — Intermediate.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Familiarity with betting, gambling, fintech, or other regulated industries – a big plus.
