Payments Monitoring Operator is responsible for processing all incoming requests from internal and external partners regarding the operation of Payment Methods and performs the actions to enable / disable Payment Methods.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Processing incoming requests from internal and external partners regarding the health of Payment Methods;
- Notifying customers and internal teams of difficulties or issues with Payment Methods;
- Enabling / disabling Payment Methods depending on requests and in accordance with the instructions;
- Monitoring payments traffic 24\7, handling an emergency alerts;
- Creating, monitoring and support dashboards of payments traffic;
- Supporting payment methods on the website;
- Communication with providers and other teams for investigating and solving incident;
- Complex problem - solving with traffic issues about payment systems according to escalation policy;
- Incident response with payments traffic according to SLA;
- Meeting monthly individual and team performance goals.
Essential professional experience:
- Ability to multitask and working with a high volume of information;
- Stress resistance;
- Good communication skills;
- Analytical mind;
- Attention to details;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Good knowledge of the online payments industry;
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts);
- Intermediate English and higher.
