Getnet Platforms is part of Santander Payment Solutions and brings together a set of key platforms within Santander’s global payments technology ecosystem. It includes software-as-a-service capabilities across the entire payments value chain, such as account-to-account processing, FX, SWIFT connectivity, fraud management and card processing infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a (position) to join our team in (region), with the following qualifications and background:

Mandatory Requirements

• Experiência sólida como desenvolvedor(a) Java e Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, com capacidade de atuar como referência técnica (code review, definição de padrões e arquitetura de microserviços).   
• Domínio de arquitetura distribuída: mensageria assíncrona (Kafka/Confluent, RabbitMQ/AMQP), cache distribuído (Redis), padrões de resiliência (Resilience4j, Spring Retry), segurança (OAuth2/JWT) e integração de APIs (REST/XML).   
• Experiência com AWS/EKS (Kubernetes), observabilidade e cultura de qualidade com CI/CD (GitHub Actions), SonarQube, JaCoCo, Snyk e Gitleaks.   
• Visão de requisitos não funcionais: performance e escalabilidade horizontal em sistema de missão crítica e alta disponibilidade.   
• Experiência em algum sistemas de pagamentos (pix, ted, boleto, etc). 
• Experiência em gestão de pessoas: condução do ciclo completo de feedback, avaliações de desempenho, planos de desenvolvimento individual (PDI), mentoria/carreira e engajamento do time.   
• Liderança técnica do time (technical lead): priorização técnica, garantia de qualidade e boas práticas de engenharia, desbloqueio de impedimentos e apoio a decisões de arquitetura.   
• Colaboração próxima com o Product Owner, apoiando discoveries, refinamento de backlog, estimativas e viabilidade técnica das iniciativas, equilibrando entrega de valor e saúde técnica (dívida técnica).   
• Domínio de metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e facilitação de cerimônias, com foco em previsibilidade de entrega e melhoria contínua do time.   
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, mediação de conflitos e articulação com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.

Desirable requirements

• Inglês ou espanhol é altamente desejável devido às interações com stakeholders internacionais (cross borders).
