WHAT YOU'LL DO

Buscamos uma pessoa Especialista em Contabilidade e Controladoria para ser a referência financeira da operação no Brasil. Ela será dona dos ritos de fechamento contábil, auditoria externa e do acompanhamento de gastos e das análises de real vs. orçado, transformando números em informação clara para a liderança.
A posição tem forte interface internacional: atua em contato constante com o time na Espanha, garantindo que os reportes do Brasil cheguem no prazo, no padrão do grupo e com explicações consistentes para as variações

• Conduzir o calendário mensal de fechamento, com prazos, responsáveis e checklist de cada etapa.
• Fazer e revisar lançamentos, provisões, apropriações e reclassificações.
• Ser o ponto de contato com o escritório contábil externo, revisando balancetes, DRE e balanço antes do envio.
• Apoiar auditorias, fechamento anual e obrigações acessórias junto à contabilidade e ao fiscal.
• Monitorar despesas por centro de custo, projeto e cliente, sinalizando desvios e tendências.
• Manter e aprimorar a política de gastos, aprovações e reembolsos.
• Participar da construção do orçamento anual e dos forecasts periódicos.
• Produzir mensalmente a análise de real vs. orçado (e vs. ano anterior), explicando as principais variações.
• Acompanhar fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado.
• Preparar o pacote mensal de resultados para diretoria e stakeholders: DRE gerencial, KPIs, variações e pontos de atenção.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experiência sólida em Controladoria, com forte atuação contábil e em acompanhamento de gastos
• Forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e habilidade para interpretar dados financeiros e identificar oportunidades;
• Excelente habilidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;
• Autonomia para conduzir análises, estruturar recomendações e apoiar discussões financeiras com lideranças das áreas de negócio;
• Domínio de ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados, além de Excel avançado;
• Inglês ou espanhol avançado para interação com stakeholders internacionais será considerado um diferencial.
