FP&A Director – Global Getnet
Getnet is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis member for the Global Finance team in Madrid.
PagoNxt aims to consolidate payment businesses globally, using Getnet's strong brand in Brazil to expand its acquiring franchise. Getnet is the second largest acquirer in Latam and operates in Spain and Portugal.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Reporting to the Global Finance team in the HQ, in close cooperation with Getnet tech hubs and Getnet acquirers, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with executive leadership, global finance teams, and business unit heads to deliver forward-looking financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations that drive enterprise value creation.
- Enterprise Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and governance of the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across regions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, market dynamics, and operational priorities.
- Performance & Variance Analytics: Oversee comprehensive variance and trend analyses across P&L components, identifying key drivers and translating findings into actionable strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Value Optimization & Efficiency Initiatives: Champion initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and revenue growth, leveraging data-driven insights to identify and implement improvements across products, geographies, and business lines.
- Regional Coordination & Consolidation: Direct the financial planning and performance consolidation across LATAM and EU units, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment at the product and regional levels.
- Decision Support & Resource Allocation: Facilitate high-impact decision-making by providing financial leadership on resource allocation, investment prioritization, and commercial strategy across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Projects & Business Transformation: Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide projects, including M&A evaluations, market entry strategies, and digital finance transformation, in close collaboration with business development and operational teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
- Leadership in FP&A across multinational environments, driving strategic planning and performance management.
- Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally across regions.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MSc, MBA); CFA, CPA, or similar certifications are a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong business acumen and commercial insight
- Expertise in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of P&L dynamics, cost structures, and value drivers
