About the role:

The Order to Cash Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices as well as management of requests and queries; complete and accurate documentation, recognition, and management of cash; and ensuring that all customer creation and amendments, and adjustments are processed within the allowed turnaround time. Additionally, there is a requirement to provide first-level analysis and recommendations to the supervisor regarding the handling of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing customer billing and subscription orders.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of billing information and customer details.
  • Monitor and track billing cycles to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries regarding billing and subscriptions.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of invoices.
  • Assist with applying payments and updating customer accounts.
  • Perform routine reconciliations of billing accounts and resolve minor discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and activities.
  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks needed to sustain the daily operations.

Administrative

  • Support internal and external customers by providing quick and accurate resolution.
  • Perform complete set up or amendment of customer details which will be reflected on invoices as requested by the business.
  • Process billing interface from various source systems and manual invoice requests.
  • Extract audit trail reports across all systems and verify against customer accounts created or amended in Oracle.
  • Create an environment of continuous improvement with documented standard procedures.
  • Responsible for the processing of adjustments and urgent requests accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Participate in and perform special tasks and projects whenever needed.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance and/or equivalent courses. Certification of Public Accountancy is preferred, but not required.
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivables, order-to-cash and maintaining general ledger, preferably from global shared services environments and/or multinational companies.
  • Graduate of any Business related course preferably Accountancy
  • Length and Type of Job Relevant Experience: 
  • One to two (1 - 2) years of experience in cash management, bank relations, and account reconciliation
  • One to two years (1-2) years of experience in accounting in a shared services environment with at least one (1) year of audit experience.
  • Must have a very good knowledge of end to end accounts payable process


Desirable 

Certification of Public Accountancy is preferred, but not required.
