Why this role matters
As a Junior Graphic Designer (Intern), you will support the Affiliate Marketing team by creating clear, engaging, and on-brand visual materials.
Your work will help enhance affiliate campaigns, improve trader engagement, and ensure all visual communications are consistent and compelling. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing design, visual storytelling, and campaign support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Create and adapt promotional materials for affiliates and traders, including static and animated banners, resized and localized assets, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
- Support affiliate communications by designing materials for email campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, and presentations.
- Follow and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
- Translate complex ideas and messages into clear and engaging visual language using metaphors and visual storytelling.
- Assist with other design-related tasks within the Digital Affiliates team as needed.
Who we’re looking for
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) in progress or completed, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles: composition, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Strong visual thinking and ability to communicate ideas effectively through visuals.
- Basic experience with design tools such as Figma, Readymag, Google Slides, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of digital or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication and understanding briefs.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly.
- Organized with good time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively.
