Why this role matters
As a Junior IP & Brand Protection Specialist (Intern), you will support the Intellectual Property and Brand Protection team in safeguarding the company’s IP assets and enforcing brand rights across digital platforms.
This role provides hands-on experience monitoring brand violations, assisting with enforcement actions, and supporting administrative and contractual tasks, helping ensure the company’s intellectual property is protected globally.
What you'll actually do
- Monitor data provided by Brand Protection vendors.
- Assist with enforcement actions for online brand violations.
- Support administrative legal tasks related to IP and brand protection.
- Participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Manage and process documents and data for IP enforcement initiatives.
- Prepare and finalize template letters and other standard documents.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (in progress or completed); completion of an IP course is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Interest in protecting intellectual property in the global digital marketplace.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Critical thinking skills with ability to evaluate situations and provide solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Nice to have:
- Previous internship or experience in IP enforcement, brand protection, or legal administration.
- Basic understanding of online brand infringement, digital marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.
