Why this role matters
As a CSR & Community Intern, you will support the planning, evaluation, and coordination of corporate social responsibility and community initiatives. Your work will help measure the impact of past projects, ensure efficient use of resources, and contribute to events and campaigns that strengthen our company’s connection with the community.
You will gain hands-on experience in CSR, event management, data analysis, and reporting while collaborating closely with the community team to drive meaningful initiatives.
What you'll actually do
- Measure and analyze the impact of previous CSR projects, such as car donations, tree planting, and beach cleanups.
- Review historical attendance and budgets for community events to evaluate cost-effectiveness and outcomes.
- Gather data and produce clear, well-structured summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support event planning and coordination, including organizing a summer summit for CY scholarship students and other community initiatives.
- Launch and maintain the Exness Pet Portal by gathering content about office pets and employee pets, creating blogs, FAQs, testimonials, and intranet posts.
- Assist with the CSR business case competition for other trainees.
- Monitor and report on the academic performance of scholarship students and publish updates internally.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed), preferably in Management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CSR principles and project management methodology.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong interest and experience in CSR, sustainability, and community initiatives.
- Organized, analytical, and data-oriented mindset (comfortable using Excel or similar tools).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience supporting CSR initiatives, events, or community projects.
- Familiarity with impact measurement or reporting tools.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and social impact projects.
