Why this role matters
As an SRE Intern, you will support the Platform team in improving system observability, reliability, and monitoring capabilities. Your work will focus on analyzing metrics, improving data quality, and supporting dashboards that help teams detect issues and maintain stable system performance.
This role provides hands-on exposure to monitoring systems, data analysis, reliability engineering practices, and system diagnostics. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate metrics, improve dashboards, and contribute to better incident analysis and system stability.
What you'll actually do
- Analyze existing metrics and suggest improvements in data grouping, aggregation, and storage.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of monitoring metrics across systems.
- Monitor and maintain the reliability of Frontrics data and related monitoring systems.
- Identify inaccuracies in monitoring data and correct them based on cross-data validation.
- Support the addition of new events and monitoring data to improve system observability.
- Enrich RCA (Root Cause Analysis) dashboards with Frontrics metrics and monitoring insights.
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards related to incidents and system impact analysis.
Who we’re looking for

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of monitoring concepts or system observability is a plus.
- Familiarity with regular expressions (Regexp) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of any programming language is desirable.
