About the role

The EQT Real Estate Summer Internship Programme offers a comprehensive introduction to the real estate industry through real-life exposure to investments and asset management. You’ll be involved in the full investment lifecycle – from acquisition and underwriting to leasing and reporting.

The internship runs for 10 weeks, from mid-June to August 2026, and is based in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions
• Assist in preparing Investment Committee materials in collaboration with the legal and diligence teams
• Contribute to leasing and pipeline updates, as well as quarterly performance reports
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as tour cards, pitch decks, and social media content
• Undertake market research and update templates, trackers, and internal tools
• Participate in site visits and client meetings

About you

We are looking for passionate, curious individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel is a plus but not required
• Interest in real estate investment and/or asset management
• Collaborative mindset and effective time management
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
